FOUNDATION

GiGi Foundation is a place where technology meets empathy. We create cutting-edge IT courses, support students and youth from socially excluded groups, and help schools and organizations around the world enter the digital age. We operate in Poland, Africa and Eastern Europe. Our strength is our people - with passion, knowledge and a heart for action.

Our mission is to build a world where digital competence is available to everyone, regardless of place of birth, background or material situation. GiGi Foundation supports the development of youth from developing countries and migrant students in Poland. We create educational pathways, enable apprenticeships and provide real employment opportunities in the IT industry. We act locally - we think globally!

Our Projects

From Poland to Uganda - we change the world through technology.

IT Practices for International Students

We organized tech internships in Poland for students from 28 countries, supporting hands-on learning and global exchange.

Jet for Africa

We have made 400 websites for schools in Uganda and Tanzania, we also offer them technological and educational support.

Julia Boreiko

President of the Management Board

An active mother, open to the problems of immigrants, a graduate of Polish universities with roots in Ukraine (for 15 years in Poland). She translates her passion for art and fashion into attention to communication and bringing it to perfection. She implements projects devoted to supporting women, their professional activity, life-balance and finding areas in which she will best use her competences. A passionate photographer and model.

Kacper Zachariasz

Chairman of the Council

Management and development strategy specialist. He has many years of experience. He is responsible for project supervision and strategic planning.

Robert Hoffman

Member of the Council

Manager with brokerage experience. He oversees the compliance of the foundation's activities with the law and supports in legal and regulatory matters.

GiGi Foundation is formed by a team of specialists who are united not only by knowledge, but also by a common mission - to level the playing field in access to digital education. We create an interdisciplinary, international environment: programmers, educators, data analysts, mentors and project coordinators from Poland, Ukraine, Uganda and Tanzania.

We have experience working in IT, consulting and education. But most of all, we have the courage to act differently - with an eye to those who need not only a course, but real support. We believe that diversity is our strength. In our team you will find young and experienced people, women in IT, people from socially excluded groups, as well as migrant students who have become our mentors.
